I started up my Meditation Class last year. It was a trial run and people who attended said they received calmness and felt heat energy when I gave them Reiki during the class. It was a very relaxing class to a guided meditation, followed by a few minutes of personal journaling, then into meditation music to allow your mind to become rested. You need a mat and a blanket (as some people feel a chill when working with energy), note book and pen.
I charge £8. If you mention ABN you can have your first class for £5.
