Dear Resident,

May I invite you to the forthcoming Askew Crime Roadshow at Greenside Primary School, Westville Rd, W12 9PT on Monday 15th July. The meeting starts at 7pm, but free refreshments are available from 6.30. If you live locally you will hopefully have had a leaflet through your door in recent days (copy attached).

The meeting is one of a number of area-based meetings that we have run across the Borough in recent months. It gives residents, businesses and others the opportunity to find out what the police and Council are doing on your behalf and to help shape priorities.

·        Tell us your views on crime and nuisance behaviour in Askew Ward
·        Hear about recent initiatives by your local police team and LBHF staff
·        Find out about the changes to the way Safer Neighbourhood Teams (SNTs) are working (from 24th June)
·        Help us decide priorities
·        Meet your police and council teams; pick up free crime prevention information and goodies
·        Put your questions to the police commander for the Borough - Chief Superintendent Lucy D’Orsi – and to Councillor Greg Smith (Deputy Leader and lead for Residents Services).

I appreciate the pressures of time that we all face but hope you can make what should be an interesting and informative meeting.
